About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Site Health and Safety Supervisor to support the installation and commissioning of advanced antenna systems at our project site in Western Australia.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment — practical, adaptable, and ready to take ownership of safety and operations on site. You’ll make sure our people go home safe every day while helping shape how we grow as a company.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily site safety and make sure all work follows health and safety standards.
Run site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily pre-start briefings.
Carry out regular inspections and report hazards or unsafe practices.
Investigate incidents and follow up on corrective actions.
Keep safety documents, checklists, and reports up to date.
Ensure PPE, emergency response, and first aid systems are in place.
Support supervisors and contractors to work safely and meet site requirements.
Pitch in with other tasks as needed — we’re a startup, so teamwork and flexibility matter.
About You
Qualification or experience in health and safety, construction, or site supervision.
Confident communicating with people at all levels — from field crews to managers.
Knows how to assess risk and stop unsafe work when needed.
First Aid certification and driver’s licence (essential).
Practical, calm under pressure, and good with problem solving.
Open to learning and helping out across other parts of the project when required.
